In short supply, but what a beauty!


Cracking example of a cleaned Loligo Vulgaris squid, not to be confused with Loligo Forbesi - top right is the small sack of squid ink which can be saved whole (provided the squid wasn't upset during capture discarded the ink within) and used for all those classic Italian dishes nero dishes. Alway good to look for squid with the reddish-brown membrane intact on the outside.
