The Marine Management Organisation (MMO) is required to monitor marine plans under Section 61 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act (2009).
This marine plan monitoring survey is relevant to the South West Marine Plan.
Your responses will help the MMO to understand policy effects and the effectiveness of policies in securing the objectives of the marine plan.
Information collected by this marine plan monitoring survey will be used to inform the first three-yearly report to Parliament on the South West Marine Plan. Further monitoring details are provided in the Approach to Monitoring report.
All survey data will be aggregated and anonymised in any published document.
