All quiet on Wednesday's mid-week market.

With fine weather and neap tides almost all the fleet are at sea fishing...

so just a handful of boats landed for this morning's mid-week market...

name this fish...

scallop season...

all eyes on the fish...

for some buyers only prime will do...

or line caught pollack...

can you put a name...

 to those silhouettes...

the auction done and dusted well before 7am...

three of the biggest sardine boats are all set for the season, last year he first shot was made on July 17th by the Asthore...

crystal clear Cornish waters...

and a harbour full of yachts...

including those on longer voyages...

only in Newlyn...

changing times, the Dolphin pub is now the Post office in Newlyn...

Welbeck, a new shop dedicated to all things for the home with a distinctly nautical air...

with many local touches...

to wet your appetite...

for all things fishy...

another classic restoration project is all but complete...

the Cadgwith boat, Minerva looking superb in Penzance dock...

while that well known Cornish boat...

Sapphire II nears completion of her refit...

unlike the super-yacht now a landmark of the dock for many years.
