TIES THAT BIND: Observing Northeast Fisheries is a four part documentary that explores the nature of fisheries, science, and resource management by coming to know a few of the personalities behind the process. Each of the videos in this series celebrate and promote the collaborative spirit of New England fisheries management by sampling a few of the places, faces, and roles that have come to define it and finding along the way a series of commonalities that collectively bring the components of this unique and dynamic industry together.
