just about to start the first sale of the morning on the market floor - something that will be a thing of the past in the new fish market planned as the fish will be available for inspection in cold storage while buyers will sit in a buying room at computer terminals bidding against remote buyers from all over Europe - see a tour of the proposed new fish market here........
