Its Open Studios time again in Newlyn.


The sixth year of the Open Studios scheme, which brings together artists and craftspeople who work in a wide variety of venues, from historic, beachside studios to remote cottages and chapels open their doors on Saturday 29th May. From potters and painters, through to conceptual sculptors, Open Studios is a real celebration of the amazing number of artists that live and work in Cornwall - it runs until June 6th.

Leaf through the pages of the online catalogue to see where artists' studios are and when they are open.
There are a number of Open Studios in Newlyn: Joy Batten - Nicola Bealing - Jason Walker - Lincoln Kirby-Bell while Samuel Basset, Judy Collins, Alexanda Higlett, Georgina Hounsome, Gillian Cooper, Henry Garfitt, Anna Jones, Catherine Luck Taylor, Mark Spray, Maggie O'Brien, Emma Turner, Juliet Paull, Paul Wadsworth, and Peter Wray can all be found at Trewidden Gardens, Buryas Bridge.

Open studios for Belinda Broadbent, Rose cecil, Leigh Berry, and Gemma Pearce can be found nestling in the streets of Mousehole.
