25 years on from the loss of the Penlee lifebaot and the last market for export fish is under way at 8am.
The Arun Class, Ivan Ellen rests at her new pontoon berth. She's the replacement boat for the Solomon Browne which was lost with all hands while attemting to rescue the crew and passengers from the Union Star.
