Margaret makes a habit of a Monday morning.

Three beam trawlers...

including the latest to join the fleet, the Margaret of Ladram landed fish over the weekend...

and the Twilight which, for a beam trawler, put ashore a big shot of John Dory, a fish not normally caught in such quantities by a boat using a trawl that only has the headrope a few feet from the sea bed...

long ling...

and there are plenty of bass to be had this morning...

as well as a good run of gurnards...

and even a big tub...

gilt nose bream...

over two hundred boxes of hake from the netters like the Ajax...

a smattering of mackerel from the handliners...

the odd red fish...

and a p;air of bull huss...

along with some late morning landings of sardines...

ready to be shipped away instantly...

the Margaret at rest.
