Bad moon setting

Big moon blue clear skies...

and a fresh morning breeze across the Bay...

good to sea the lugger afloat, maybe mot for long though...

not just rays of sunshine on the market this morning....

look like the end of the cuttlefish season...

the Sea Spray made her first landing for the year of...

handline caught pollack...

now it's time to scrub down the boat after landing...

as the sun is about to peep over the harbour wall...

at high water when the boys on the crabber take on a few tubs to give her a list against the quay to dry out...

early morning practise session for the Breeze gig with the World Championships only two weeks away in the Scillies...

another visiting Dutch beamer, Nooitdegacht on a break from the Trevose grounds...

over the spring tide all the netters are tied up...

Mario has one hell of a view from his office window this morning...

as he takes the Emma Louise to see on another crabbing voyage...

the gorgeous light of West Cornwall has a hold on artists and photographers alike.
