while there were around twelve tons of sepia to sort through at the other end......
just the beginnings of the morning's cuttlefish trade.....
all sorted by hand.....
into the gray harbour boxes that are used especially for the cuttles - this is where sepia ink was, and still is, in some parts made from......
a few big turbot jumped aboard the St Georges......
