Cornishcruising.com arrive

One of the few yachts to visit the port recently from cornishcruising.com
The EAW is revealed for all to see, now she lays completely opened from stem to stern..

just the entire port side remains intact...
a closer view of the for'ard section of the fishroom reveals the ice pounds
The last thing a flat fish would see of a small trawler's foot or groundrope before entering the trawl!

The short length of chain between the discs (all made from tyres) helps to stir up the seabed and scare the fish ahead of the trawl mouth. Note the first 10 or so rows mesh directly behing the fishing line (bound for protection with rope) are double twine to reduce the damage from conatct with the seabed and small stones.

It is very sad to see a boat like mine being demolished like this, she looks like she was in such sound condition as well !
It's a shame that there were no takers for her.
I must contact Moz about some fittings.
