We’ve unveiled our five-year Corporate Plan
Over the next five-years we will deliver with impact on the issues that matter most to you.
The priorities detailed in our Corporate Plan 2023-2028 emerged from valuable stakeholder engagement sessions and input. The seafood industry provided a clear steer on the support needed most and we listened.
Our seven key priority areas set out for the next five-years are:
- Ensuring a Safe and Skilled Workforce
- Facilitating and promoting International Trade
- Responding to the Climate Change emergency
- Improving Fisheries Management
- Enabling Supply Chain Resilience
- Improving Data, Insight, and Innovation to support priority work areas and to deliver products and services directly to business
