Three storms later, it's Monday morning and the Monte Mazanteu lands in Newlyn.

Backed up to the boat...


the Spanish transport is ready to take a full trip of fish from...



the Spanish longliner Monte Mazanteu a regular visitor to Newlyn...


now safely moored at the end of the Mary Williams pier...



one of dozens of Spanish liners, netters and trawlers who have all been working through the recent weather south west of Ireland...



she had been fishing on the edge of the Continental shelf...



and steamed over 180 miles in beam-on seas starting yesterday and arrived at 8am to land her fish this morning...

looks like the Ocean Pride will be one of the first boats to sail this morning - not tat the forecast is much to shout about.
