A quiet mid-week auction.

Two auctioneers lead two groups of buyers...

with only a part-trip of fish from the Terevessa IV leaving the market almost devoid of fish for the second day running...

even a part box of mixed fish make good money as the buyers fight over something to sell on for the day...

the cuttles make good money on a short market at this time of year...

though they leave their mark everywhere...

the port's only other regular big trawler mad a landing, but to the market at Plymouth not Newlyn...

big tides indicated by that waning supermoon mean most of the smaller less powerful boats and the entire netter fleet are being kept in port...

there;s a few visitors form the wind farm service boats...

and the Silver Dawn now sports a very cury bulbous bow...

the Mount on the murky horizon...

and a nice oil painting of  a small lugger are up for grabs in the next Lane's sale.
