Saturday Kitchen's Birthday Boy celebrates with a very fishy day.

Saturday Kitchen saw chef James Martin enjoy his 40th birthday in the company of no less than seven Michelin stars with Alain Roux whose Waterside Inn has been home to 3 stars for longer than any other restaurant in the UK, Marcus Wareing from the Berkely in London and.........


serving up a top dish from Cornwall, the big man himself, Nathan Outlaw, the name behind the world's only two-star Michelin restaurant dedicated to the art of serving just fish........ 
and on this special occasion Nathan chose a turbot dish.......
later in the show James paid homage to the man who laid the keel upon which the good ship TV chefs was built, the one and only Keith Floyd who served up the dish above........
at sea on a freshy old day off the Northumbrian coast while cooking aboard the Seahouses trawler, Radiant Way......
