Chef Bruce Rennie wows Penzance diners with his bluefin tuna cooked four ways!


This was the menu posted online and outside the Shore in Penzance...

that saw a queue of people stretched along the street to the restaurant door...


then in...

and up to the reception desk...


and this was what they were queueing for - every dish was absolutely mouthwatering and the steaks of tuna the most tender thing on the planet...


all cooked on a Japanese charcoal grill...

sat down after being some of the first in the queue, skipper and crew from the boat that caught fish just over a week ago...


amongst the many eager to see how the legendary Bruce's aged, cured, steamed, seared and grilled tuna was going to taste!

The result - a truly mouthwateringly memorable set of dishes - each one a stunning example of the wizard chefery that has the Shore as the Penzance restaurant with the highest Trip Advisor rating! Kudos to Mr Rennie!
