More delish fish dishes to delight at Senara during fish week.

Today was the turn of Ben and Alex as head chefs to the Senara Restaurant kitchen team...





their menu yet again sourcing much of the ingredients locally - one of the stipulations of the assignment brief..

to get the dishes out to the ever hungry lunchtime customers!
