Get the low down from Mike Collier who heads up the team that brought you this year's Newlyn Fish Festival as he introduces old hands like Rick Stein who did the honours and opened the show along with one of the new kids on the block, the Falmouth Greenbank Hotel's chef Sanjay Kumar who just loves it!
