In a pickle.

Bumper plum harvest in Penzance this year......
time to steralise the storage jars.....
prepare the first batch of spiced plums......
to the syrup mixture add cinnamon, cloves and lemon rind.....
next up, the not so hot chutney.......
and the super hot version reduced to a dark brew......
steamed and sealed.
